The cleaned rapeseeds transported from the raw material silo first enter the measurement，then the measured rapeseeds be cleaned, and the cleaned rapeseeds enter into the conditioning tower，the temperature and moisture of the rapeseeds be adjusted in the tower. The conditioned rapeseeds enter into the flakers for flaking, the flake thickness is about 0.3mm. The flakers adopts a hydraulic tight roller type, which has a large output, low power, and good quality of flakes, which is more conducive to the cooking and pressing . After flaking, the flakes enter a vertical stack cooker for cooking. Under the heating conditions of water vapor, a series of physical and chemical changes occur in the flakes, making them meet the pre-press conditions. The moisture is controlled at 4% to 6%, and the temperature is about 110 ℃. Adopting a large pre-press machine for pressing, so that the residual oil of the pre-press cake reaches about 18%. 

  The pre-pressed cake from the pre-press machine is cooled and sent to extraction plant for extracting. The crude oil containing slag is sent to the clarification tank through an oil residue separator for sedimentation and slag removal. Then the crude oil be sent into leaf filter by the pump, the filtered crude oil first flows into the cleaning tank, and then be sent to the oil tanks or refining plant through the oil pump. The residue from the clarified oil tank and filter be mixed with the flakes through a screw auger be sent to the pre-press for pressing again.
